1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to G-Champ Abacus & Brain Gym. By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or applying for a franchise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "G-Champ," "we," "us," "our" refers to G-Champ Abacus & Brain Gym and its authorized franchise centers
• "Student" refers to any individual enrolled in our educational programs
• "Parent/Guardian" refers to the legal guardian or parent of a student
• "Franchisee" refers to an individual or entity that operates a G-Champ franchise center
• "Services" refers to all educational programs, training, materials, and related services offered by G-Champ

3. Eligibility

3.1 Student Enrollment

• Our programs are designed for children aged 4-14 years
• Enrollment requires consent from a parent or legal guardian
• Age requirements may vary by program; please check specific program details
• Students must meet the minimum prerequisites for advanced-level courses

3.2 Franchise Applicants

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Must meet our financial and qualification requirements
• Must not have any criminal convictions related to fraud, violence, or offenses against children

4. Educational Programs

4.1 Program Offerings

G-Champ offers the following brain development programs:

• Abacus Mental Arithmetic
• Vedic Mathematics
• Phonics & Reading
• Handwriting Improvement
• KalFun (Calligraphy & Fun Activities)
• Rubik's Cube Training

4.2 Program Terms

• Course duration, fees, and schedules are specified at the time of enrollment
• We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as needed
• Regular attendance is essential for optimal learning outcomes
• Study materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed

4.3 Assessment & Certification

• Students will undergo periodic assessments to track progress
• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of each level
• Competition participation is optional and subject to additional terms
• Results and rankings are final and at the sole discretion of G-Champ

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Fee Structure

• Course fees are specified at the time of enrollment and may vary by program and location
• Fees include tuition, basic study materials, and certification
• Additional fees may apply for competition registration, advanced materials, or special events

5.2 Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid in advance as per the payment schedule provided
• We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, and digital payment methods
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students
• Take care of provided materials and equipment
• Complete assigned homework and practice exercises
• Maintain discipline during classes and on premises

6.2 Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Ensure regular attendance of the student
• Inform the center in advance about any absences
• Support the student's learning at home
• Attend parent-teacher meetings when scheduled
• Keep contact information updated
• Pick up students on time after classes

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
• Damage to property or study materials
• Use of mobile phones during class (unless permitted)
• Sharing of proprietary course materials without authorization
• Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, curriculum, teaching methods, and branding are the intellectual property of G-Champ
• Students and franchisees are granted a limited license to use materials for their intended purpose only
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited
• The G-Champ name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without written permission

8. Franchise Terms

Franchise partnerships are governed by a separate Franchise Agreement. Key terms include:

• Franchise fees and royalty structure as specified in the agreement
• Mandatory training completion before center operation
• Adherence to G-Champ's brand standards and guidelines
• Regular reporting and compliance requirements
• Operating guidelines and restrictions
• Term, renewal, and termination conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged at our centers
• We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any third-party actions or services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G-Champ, its directors, employees, and franchisees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of our services
• Any injury or harm caused by you or your child at our premises
• Any infringement of intellectual property rights

11. Termination

11.1 By Student/Parent

You may discontinue services by providing written notice to the center. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

11.2 By G-Champ

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Violation of these Terms or Code of Conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Behavior that endangers students, staff, or property
• Fraudulent enrollment or misrepresentation

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Courts in Chh. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
